He would come to innovate espresso grinders for years to come and make Mazzer a commercial name. His son Giovanni Mazzer took over until 1988 and continued his father’s legacy of innovation.
This grinder is equipped with flat burrs that are 100% made in Italy by Mazzer and stepless micrometric grinding adjustment for infinite grind settings. It also features on-demand grinding with electronic dose adjustment and single and double doses with independent adjustment. The digital display provides a shot counter to keep track of your shots pulled during service time.
