The Rocket Fausto is the first grinder ever fully released by the Rocket Espresso on their own. It has a nice and simplified look, electronic dosing, stepless adjustments and large burrs. It compliments any semi-automatic espresso machine.

It offers exceptional grinding quality thanks to its 65 mm flat wheels and an impeccable finish thanks to its solid cast aluminium case.

The FAUSTO grinder brings all the features and functionality professional baristas love to the kitchen, but in a more compact form.

Equipped with commercial-quality 65 mm flat burrs, FAUSTO grinds quickly and accurately with easy to dial in stepless grinding, which allows for total control over the particle grind size.

The touch digital display with shot counter and programmable dual control buttons allows for quick adjustments and effortless portion control.
